As part of a larger implementation of an ERP, we decided to upgrade our warehouse management system as well. Their approach covered our entire facility - starting with security and scales, through all aspects of our warehousing and manufacturing processes - all the way through to the shipping dock door management and load planning. Their focus on management of data at the lot level and detail about movement activity provided another level of visibility to what we'd had before.

The transparency the OT systems provided on exactly how we moved material allowed us to greatly improve the timeliness and efficiency by which we process mock recalls and other traceability activities.
